UV Mapping problems

Hey guys, total Blender noob here. For some reason when I create UV maps for my meshes and then transfer them to Unity they will work just fine so long but then other times they will not map correctly.

I’ve included an image of one cube who’s map came out fine and one table who’s map did not. Any idea why this might be and how I can improve my maps?

Can anyone help?
