UV Mapping Question

I made a model that I UV unwrapped with a smart UV project and i realized that it UV unwraps the inside of the model. I don’t really need to texture the inside of the model since it is never seen and it takes up space on the UV image.
Is there any way to not include the inside of the model?
Do i have to include the texture of the inside of the model?
And if I can, how would I?
