UV Mapping your picture on your model.

Can someone give me a tip on it?

Your information is very vague as to what you are asking, but from what I can gleam from it, you are wondering about UV mapping? What do you need to know about it? How to do it, why it’s used, what is it? If you would present more information, people would be able to help you better.

In case this is what you meant, here’s a video tutorial on how to do UV unwrapping: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4350275175555419734#
(Hint: Google and Youtube will be your friend for things like this)

grins I know exactly what you’re looking for  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkzLzRIv3XE&feature=related watch it all. here’s what happens: 1: unwrap (don’t have to worry how) Ctrl+E (smart projections works fine, but unwrapping it with your own custom edges is better… you’ll see what I mean soon enough, but for now it’s a non-issue) 2: create a new uv (an object can have more than one.) -here’s the idea: The first UV map is the one you’ll keep. The other ones are for “stealing” or “copying” from. ok -> like this: Main UV: (you paste to this UV map) other UVs: (You copy from these) -like how that specific surface looks? get it and paste it into your uv… -want to add that tatoo to your main UV map? get it and add it in. -watch the whole video and read this again: it’ll all make perfect sense in no time
