I have a PNG with some transparency that I’m using as a UV Map. Is it possible to have a material color under it? It seems as soon as I click TextFace it hides the material color sliders. Is it an either/or proposition with UV Maps and Materials?
Another issue is if I have a texture applied to faces that have a UV Map (with transparent areas), the texture only shows up in the non-transparent areas of the UV Map even when TextFace is NOT clicked (for textures mapped to color).
