UV stretching feedback

I came across this site today http://www.pullin-shapes.co.uk/index.htm - its about the LSCM unwrapping stuff. In the standalone version you are able to see through hot and cold colours if there is any UV stretching or not - I thought it was pretty cool. Is anyone able to tell me if this is being implemented into Blender?

Thanks
Matt

Thats clever, th only help with viewing stretching I am aware of is the new uv test grid when adding a new image.

That hot and cold idea is actually very cool, and it doesn’t really sound that hard to implement, at most it could be another display mode.

I emailed the dude that produced the software and he said that that part of the software was the simplist bit of code in there. Hes not a blender developer but maybe we could put it in as a feature request.
