UV unwrapping a complex model?

Hey, I’m stuck on making a good UV unwrap for a model. I did unwrap stuff before but not on this level. Is there any way to make things a bit easier. I want to have one texture map and one texture space for the tire/bolt/tire profile and similar repetitive stuff. There are 297 different objects and its 103k tris. Any help is appreciated.
