UV Warpage



Help? I don’t think I can UV map it any other way using a circular texture.

do you have subsurf turned on? that can often cause distortion in uv-mapped textures, also it looks like the top and the bottom of the chip are identical, if this is the case, then theres now reason to duplicate them. if anything, I would suggest a higher vert. count, unless this is for the game engine, sometimes a larger vert. count, can help with uv problems.
