UVmap nor problem


I’m modeling the papero robot. I come to texturing and have problem with it.
I create uvmap for nor but part of it is rendered in “positive” nor and part in “negative” although it’s the same texture. Is this a bug or I’m doing sth wrong ? Please help


Your normal haven’t been turned around have they?

ctrl+N to recalculate normals on the outside

Did you try “Correct Nor Map”. This may help in some cases (I assume, the normals all point in the right directions).
