UVs from 3ds max to blender

Hello, I’m working on a project with someone and he’s using 3ds Max for modeling and texturing, then he sends me the files to reassemble them in blender to animate them, everything seems to be working fine except for the UVs, they’re always messed up so i can’t rebuild the materials, i tried requesting obj and fbx but every single time the UVs in blender 2.81a are not matching. so my question is how can i transfer a model from 3ds max to blender while keeping the UVs intact?
