Vanke Future Town Pavillion in Xuzhou / CGI

This is a personal project focus on the recreation of existing photos depict Vanke Future Town Pavillion in Xuzhou designed by Continuation Studio and photographed by SHIROMIO Studio. The goal was to increase my skills of “blue hour” kind of renders (exterior evening lighting + soft, warm artificial light inside the building )

I created the scene in Blender and rendered it with the Octane engine. If you have some questions about the project, Blender, Octane, or something else, don´t hesitate to ask in comments or send me a message.

Excellent work, I’d say you achieved your blue our goal. HDRI? Composition wise I love it too. Looks very realistic :+1:

I have a hard time getting into archvis renders no matter how good they are, its just not my thing. After checking out some real life photos of this… Very impressive and nice to be able to see it in different colors. Thanks for sharing.

@janmorek, hi. You and some of the guys (cant post their names) are so talanted and I saw your every projects that you did with carefuly so far. As you mentioned in your post about Q&A i’ve some questions:

  1. Which version of Blender and Octane did you used?
  2. What are your PC specs?
  3. Why did you selected not Cycles or not Corona but also Octane?
  4. Which part is much more difficult in your personal/commercial projects?
  5. How many percents from 100% of the value did you used third-party “ready-to-use” models in your every projects?
    Regards.
