Vectron ? Is there something simillar for blender?

No. You can do some fractal stuff with adaptive subdivision and micropolygondisplacement, but not even close to this level. You can do some stuff with volumes too - but this solution lacks a surface.
Have you looked at Mandelbulber?

Plus you can also just go to shadertoy.com and with some Python coding, insert those shaders into Blender.

Does the Blender version of Octane not have it?
