Vertex IPOs.... speed

hi there!!
could someone please tell me where to find speed, in the Vertex IPOs?
i am trying to create the universal sign, in tutorials. :

if you read down on the third page, near the middle it asks to open the vertex ipos and then to click on speed… but i cant seem to find speed on my blender. i have 2.31. is there anyone who may know where it is? just incase if its hiding!!!

Open an IPO window, with a mesh selected, set the type of the IPO window to Vertex. You’ll need to add some Vertex Keys to your mesh though for the IPO curve to have any effect (press IKEY with the mesh selected, pick the Mesh option).
