I found some tutorials that explained vertex keys, but when I tried, it didnt work. Has anyone else had these problems? Does anyone know where there’s any tutorials that work?
Thanks a lot
Ben

Your question is a bit vague. It would help us answering if you told us which tutorial didn’t work for you, when and how. Otherwise we may very well refer you to the very tutorial that’s a problem for you.
This said, vertex key are the simplest thing :
Select the default plane
go into edit mode
select one vertex
make sure you are in frame 1
press the IKEY
choose ‘mesh’ in the dialog.
go to, say, frame 21
move the vertex somewhere.
press the IKEY and choose ‘mesh’
and there you have it : play the animation.
Relative vertex key are even more interesting.

And a more involved application of these :

Thanks a lot, that was all I was looking for. I dont know what I’d been doing wrong, but I just tried it and it worked. Cheers
