Ok, I am trying to separate part of my model, but it says ‘Can’t separate with vertex keys’. This is probably very simple, but what does that mean and how do I fix it?

AFAIK - you can’t. The only option would be to copy the object, delete the keys, then separate the part you want. When you have vertex keys, you can’t separate the mesh. I hope to see this change in the future.

Ok so how do you delete the keys?
In the editing panel (F9) there is a tab named Shapes. You apparently have accidentally added a shape key, just click the X next to the shape key name.
Oh ya I remember accidentally adding a shape key, but I had no clue how to get rid of it thanks.
