I can’t figure out how to completely not include vertex paint in the openGL preview at all, or delete it entirely from the object. If i “clear vertex paint” or whatever, it floods all of the vertices to the value I currently have selected. When in the “textured” viewport, it seems to blend both the vertex paint and the UV image together to give me a nice, ugly image, even if it doesn’t render like that.
Thanks, guys.
in face select mode set the vertex color to white, and with all faces selected hit set vertex colors
there isn’t a way to delete the vertex colors without also removing the texface info
That…is ridiculous =(
So i’m stuck with a bright, flat-colored character in textured mode? -_-
