vertical faces and materials not working

well, i have an interior level model im working on, assigning materials and baking them on, this works perfect for horizontal faces, but anything thats perfectly vertical is not affected by material size property’s along the y axis. so my textures are stretched along the y axis. its not easy to explain but im including my blend file if anyone can figure this out.

try doing a ctrl A ( apply scale ) on your object and reunwrapping

i tried that, it didnt change anything, but when i tried to adjust the y axis on the material texture size it changed the brightness for some reason
