Vertices stacking, cant tell, messing up mesh, vertex numbers?

Hello, new to the forum, I have been having issues with blender vertices stacking in eachother, and connecting umm edges? to them, and it makes issues for my game.

I have fixed it for my game file, but I am gunna have to go back into blender and add many edges that I forgot to add, then export again, then the part/unused vertices will be there again, is there a way to show the numbers of them?

I think the poly count is shown in the upper right. so, your faces are not connecting? try selecting all in edit mode and hitting ‘remove doubles’ in the toolbar on the left. it might be a problem with your modeling method.

There is addon that can analyse your mesh for the topolgy errors, it’s should help.
