Sorry about this, but I accidentally deleted the default menu on the right with a hotkey, and I’m not sure which hotkey I pressed, and blender’s documentation doesn’t appear to say how to restore it, does anyone know how to restore it?

If you are talking about the 3D view then move your mouse into the view and try pressing the N-KEY (right-side). The T-KEY (left-side). These will toggle the panels on or off. Also you could just click on those little + symbols.
Shift+Spacebar, or Ctrl+up arrow. That’s for the far right menu. That, or what Atom said for the other ones
