Search up some meeting or conferencing software, there’s lots of them. I think most of them you sign up, login to their and the site will handle the other people’s connections for you - keeps it speedier for everyone and you don’t have to run an actual server.
Or use a pure video call service like Skype. You can use a “virtual webcam” driver that copies your screen to the virtual camera and choose that instead of your actual webcam.
Don’t forget to use a screen recorder program (if the conferencing software doesn’t have it built in) to capture the audio/video and put the video on a website or youtube for those who miss the meeting.
