It’s so weird, I have a gun turret tracking the actor, but it’s tracking it backwards, the guns face the opposite direction. Is there any way I can set a direction for it to track to?
Go into edit mode, select all the vertices of the turret, and turn it a 180 degrees. That should fix the problem.
Go in to edit mode and turn your model around.
That way the model will face the right way.

You can find them in the object-panel.
You can also apply rotation with <ctrl+a>
