Very simplistic proccess in 3ds max that i must replicate in blender.

Hi, im trying to just use blender to assign pre-existing textures to a pre-existing model and make some of those texture show team color (show alpha as team color in 3ds max). There is a proccess here:

  • Set file path to where my model and textures are.
  • Import the model.
  • Open my texture palette and add the textures to it and assign them to the model.
  • Make one or more textures show team color (show alpha as team color)
  • Then export the model.

I know very little about modeling or blender so im having a hard time figureing out how to do this in blender. Im sure its very simple so any help wold be appreciated.
