I am new here.I am an Individual and i am looking for someone who can do animation and vfx inside Blender.Here are the details.
1.This is a Paid Job and Budget is $100-$200
2.I have the character model prepared but it is not rigged so the artist will need to rig it
3.I have a sample reference regarding the animation and vfx which i want for this character
4.Vfx must be created either in Blender or Houdini
5.Deadline is not fixed yet
6.if budget is low then i will increase the budget
