Vfx Platform and blender dependencies.

I believe that saying things this way, it is so unfair.
My analysis shows that Blender devs are so stretched for only maintaining what they have and how about adding new things?
The big problem here is that manpower. The new Blender 2.8 is already asking so much to those few devs (3 right now who are under blender foundation) Not counting Blender Institute workers.

May be it will be wise to ask the theory studio guys how they are doing or what is their pipeline like?
