It has been 7 years since my first post, I like to share a few projects over the years. This all-in-one job is not a common process but in my situation, my superior wanted to see everything at once and the video background moves during the animation, so I created a low-res proxy of the video and keep the audio in the video editor mode. This way, I can play the animation together with the video.
(The poor audio quality is because the footage was recorded with a phone and compressed)
