i dont think you’ll find someone for this, its like asking someone to clean up your disk with personal pics and vids.
its a bit like asking i need a female to cleanup my house, it doesnt work like that usually.
next time you go on the road you should think about vlogging, video-logging such a channels can attrack people.
and then you might earn a little with comercial adds like people earn from youtube adds.
That is if the material is good enough, and if you can presentably be you on your awesome travels.
you also say you got a channel, but you dont put up a link.
Also maybe if your short on time, you should look after a go-pro and some software that allows easy video editing.
Blender can edit videos, and everything is possible (almost), but at a cost of time.
So if your short on time, try to find some video editing app so you can quickly edit yourself add title and do some effects.
If your lucky maybe some alien catches up on your channel and help you out some day.
PS its much easier to simply stay on 150 pounds, stay away from burgerking 
you might then catchup someone.
