(I didn’t know where to put this so feel free to move this forum thread to the right place ;))

I use Blender to edit videos because its multi-platform and I know it the best. I was using Blender 2.76a on Windows 10 to edit a video. I had lots of text elements in the video. Before I rendered it, I thought I should update Blender to get that render time estimation feature. I did and when I opened the video again to check it quick, the text was in the timeline but wasn’t showing in the video itself but one of the text elements still works for some reason. Any idea on what’s going on and how to fix it?

Do the text strips have the correct blend type of alpha over? If you load the project up in the older build of blender does it still work? Projects can become corrupt.

Yes it was alpha over. I fixed it though. The position data was set to center top instead of center bottom if you know what I mean. That seemed to work.
