HI,
did you encounter such issue like dimmimg volume after scaling down?
Voxel size seems to adjust itsef with the scaling down
I cannot get it right after putting the burners into other scene with animations
Unit scale does not help.
Before scaling
After:
Did you apply scale after scaling?
CTRL > A apply scale?

It makes it worse. The volume is scattered now.
I have to crank up temperature and blackbody Intensity in the principled volume
It appears that my initial scene was consisted of extremely low scale objects. When I started modeling the moon surface I had a problem with clipping if size of the object was kinda real. So I scaled it down vastly.
When I transferred all the models to a new scene and scaled it up all problems disappeared. Volume is generated normally. Sun light is now much lower than previously.
So in my opinion Blender refers to the scale condition and then strange issues may happen.
Some effect od the engine firing up
Still I need more control over entire volume during the clip
