Volumetric Modelling

3DCoat has a new modelling feature, that allows millions of “polys” like zbrush to model with.

Do you think with the development with volumetrics for clouds and smoke, that it could be reused for modelling high poly models?

Can you give a link to more info on this development? I’m too cheap for zbrush, so it might be of interest…
Is it like the voxel sculptor in the crysis sandbox? If so, It would be REALLY great to have in blender. If not still post a link, cuz I can’t find this with google.
