Volumetrics inside volumetrics

Basically, I have a simple scene with volumetric water. There is a ball that goes up and down in an animation to show how the volumetrics affect its shading. Anyway, I wanted to add a spotlight inside of the water with the halo effect, but the halo only appears outside of the water. The halo will go through the water and come out the other side, and it will also properly light the objects, but the halo will never show inside the water.

in 2.5 this might not be implemented yet

halo is fake, don’t use halos.
