Hi everyone!
I’m a solo game developer, currently working on a new first-person cave rescue game in Godot.
The game focuses on exploring realistic underground cave systems, rescuing missing people, and surviving environmental hazards. There are no monsters or combat the challenge comes from the caves themselves, limited visibility, navigation, and making the right decisions under pressure.
What I’m looking for
I’m looking for a hobby 3D environment artist who enjoys creating stylized or semi-realistic low-poly environments and wants to collaborate on the project.
Some of the assets include:
- Cave walls
- Rock formations
- Cave tunnels
- Large cave chambers
- Underground lakes
- Wooden supports
- Mine equipment
- Stalactites & stalagmites
- Debris and cave props
About the project
- Engine: Godot
- Genre: First-person Cave Rescue Adventure
- Platform: PC (Steam)
- Current status: Early prototype
- Team: Currently just me (programming)
The goal is to create an atmospheric exploration game inspired by real cave rescue operations rather than fantasy dungeons.
This is currently a volunteer/hobby project. If you’re interested in helping shape the game’s visual style and building something together, I’d love to hear from you.
Feel free to reply here or send me a DM if you’d like more information or see what I’ve built so far.
Thanks for reading!
