Hello! Everything in this image is modeled with 10 cm voxels except the mountain backdrop. There are no textures/colors on anything in the model, just a bit of ambient occlusion. All color comes from the sky and lighting. I enjoyed getting most of my detail from geometry here, rather than fussing with textures.
I added a bit of blur to the train windows in photoshop to give it a bit of motion:
