Is there any way to export animation done in Blender to VRML2?
I haven’t been able to find any scripts that will do this so far.

Hi,
I would like to see the VRML2 animation option in Blender too.
Have you checked out the python plugin scripts? There is a VRML2 script that exports out a single mesh with textures etc.

Not that I know of. wrl2export.py, by rick kimball lets you export your blender meshes, lights uv textures and materials on the mesh to a vrml 2 file, but I does not export animation. The only way I know to do this is to make you world in blender then export it. Then use something like spazz3d to animated the exported object.
P.S. wrl2export will only export one material per mesh. or one uv texture per mesh. Rick was working on getting it to recognize material indexes.
It can be downloaded at.
