waah! I can’t find a way to choose where to save your rendered animation vid and can’t find it back at “c: mp” what am I to to now?

Press F10 or the scene icon , in the ouput pane the first line is where you choose rendering directory (hover mouse over it and it will say ‘directory/name to save rendered pics to’

in the pic below its in the top left corner where its says //render/

In the F10->Format panel open the rollout menu (which probably says JPEG right now) and pick one of the movie formats (AVI or Quicktime). Then name your file as Hazza described above, and render the animation.
