Wacom intuos pad buttons in Ubuntu

I’m using a wacom Intuos 3 in Ubuntu.

Since I upgraded to Hardy Heron whenever I use XsetWacom to set the functions off the pad buttons when i press them they just reset X.

They worked fine on Gutsy.

I also recently got a logitech mx revolution and am using btnx for that… could be linked…

Nay ideas?
