Someone must have done this before…
I have made this image exclusivley to be used as a wallpaper.
It was created by blender3d with only 2 objects and 2 volumetric lights.
Then, it was touched up by the gimp.
enjoy… 
It’s actually quite nice. Although I’d probably never use a wallpaper that bright. The colors burn my eyes after a few seconds.
