I made the picture for peace in Ukraine. War is so unnecessary and creates so much destruction and death and that is what I wanted to bring out in the picture.

Nicely done. This also reminds me of what some Europeans still face, more than 100 years after World War One: unexploded ordnance buried underground, including still-deadly poison gas shells. Farmers plowing their fields and campers lighting campfires out in the woods have been blown to bits. There are a group of brave Frenchmen called “Demineurs” who continue to deal with this issue – which is so enormous that it will never end. Every now and then one of them dies.
