heres a little warcraft III clan web site im working on, the clan is named nothx (dont ask me its not my clan). crits/suggestions would really be appreceated since i will only get paid if he uses my layout.
The color scheme seems pretty good, very clear, but the link buttons look little blurry and they are little too small. Maybe if you used the space on the left side and place the buttons there?
Otherwise I can’t come up with anything else right now.
buttons are way too small - also the white space in the center burns your eyes like the chick at the top 
try atleast a dull grey or cover that sucker up with more design.
it’s very nice design. a little small, (like was said)… but the main thing here is, to my opinion, that is doesnt look like warcraft III … ?
correct me if I’m wrong, since I haven’t played the game ever, heh, … but it’s should be like medieval real time strategy?? ogres, elves, dwarfs and so on?
you design looks more like something scifi… or cyberpunk…
it’s the colors I think. what I see these clans would look like, would be more greenish brownish color… more down to earth…
but as I said, dont mind me. I dont know anything about clans and how they see themselves… I have played warcraft II though…

- updated the buttons, kept them the same size but made the text on them bigger(they said they liked them small)
and basse i agree with what you said about the color scheme, it should be more green n stuff -but they had a basic site up already which was blueish color scheme and they told me to stick with it. , so i did
at the edge of the screen there are the stained glass type patterns well at the bottom there is a gap where they stop but the frame they are in is far lower.
could you fill this gap up as it makes it look a bit incomplete or empty.
other than that it looks good.

would it be possible to take a screenshot of what youre talking about? i think it might be a netscape problem but im not sure… if you could i would really appreciate it- thx
try to make the text on the buttons less anti-aliased, this usually makes for blurry button text…
nice color scheme though, i think it does fit the subject, great logo too! the news tables are a little awkward, they should have a border like the other elements on the page.
