The goal of this project was to find a balance between realism and aesthetics in architectural visualization. I wanted to create a space that feels believable and functional, while still having a strong visual character. Rather than focusing only on technical accuracy or aesthetics, I aimed to bring both together through realistic materials, natural lighting, composition, and small details that make the space feel lived-in.
What do you think? Did I achieve this goal in this project, or are there some changes that could be made to make it much better?

Very nice work. It does have the feel of a photo of a that’s “used” rather than brand new. The lighting is lovely and the materials are very well done- white cupboard material, benchtop, and flooring, and the plaster in particular. But personally, the timber on the cupboards takes me out of the scene- it’s too clean, too perfect. I also think you could enhance the “story” a bit with a bit of mess, a teatowel scrunched on the bench or an empty wine glass and half empty bottle or something. Just a little thing to make it feel like there is someone living there right now.

Thank you for your feedback, brother. I will take your comment into consideration
The roof is too dirty. Someone who keeps the kitchen that clean and uncluttered isn’t going to let that roof go too long without wiping it down and painting it. A much cleaner roof with a few spots where the paint job is peeling off would look realer to me.

Yes, I agree with you. But the dirt on the ceiling is scattered randomly, not densely everywhere, which is closer to reality. As for the stains, I placed them on the Material so they are almost invisible.
