"Warning: 1 object(s) not centered"

I got this message “Warning: 1 object(s) not centered” when I tried to centre a mesh using the Center button. Same for the Center New and Center Cursor buttons.

Does anyone know what causes this and what can be done to make it work?

I’m using the new “Peach” build 13757M from GraphicAll.

I had the same problem with the same message. I had some shape keys on the object, when I removed the shape keys I could use the center buttons without the message.
