hi, im new in blender and this is my firs finished project, im still learnig how to make a good render in blender internal render,

Looks pretty good. Now for some critiques: the seam between the walls is strange, the floor texture seems strange, and the color of the shine on the metal doesn’t fit with the scene. Keep up the good work.
Turn up the lighting, you and MagicMan need to turn down your monitor brightness levels to sane values. I can see the sink but no walls or floor.
i think its you that needs to turn your moniter brightness cause i can see the walls fine and my monitor and my brightness is normal
the pic is nice, but the shine on the metal does look wierd, other than that its good
my monitor is profiled with a gretag-macbeth colorimeter and is colour accurate. i use this monitor to soft proof jobs before they go to press.
i can barely see the floor. the sink is clearly visible and i can see the wall in the upper half of the image.
you aren’t by chance, using an LCD screen, are you?
Here we go again…
You most likely have a flat panel monitor, and the other guy has a CRT monitor.
It is too dark for him, and just right for you.
I have both and the old CRTs are far more accurate in brightness. Those new monitors are great and colorful, but you forget that they need to be calibrated, especially when you plan on printing images. God forbid, if you do DVD-video editing, don’t be surprised if your DVD is too dark on your TV.
thanks for your comments, the pic is intentionally dark because the wall and floor textures suck
no, although i would love a flat pannel monitor(like my dads, 23"(I think) Flat pannel HD Ready TV/computer screen, its huge, and so damn clear!) i am stuck with my hige big space muching monster of a CRT monitor.
