It turned a little too fast to inspect the watch. Maybe you focused a little too much on the effects than the model.
I also didn’t understand the last part where it dissolved into some glowing particles. I expected the particles to come together as a logo or technical components.
In some moments the noise is very visible, you could increase the amount of samples.
The model is really good and the video resembles a real TV advertisement. Did you think about having a background other than solid black? Maybe a slight gradient. I would try a bit of blue for a contrast to the rest of the scene.
