Water stops "moving" after just 400 frames

Hi there! I am new to blender and I was trying to animate a scene with water in it. The water moves and looks great for 400 frames, when all the sudden right at frame 400 it freezes. It just stops moving. I looked up this issue and have tried the following:

-I have baked all frames, did not do a thing
-I have set the cache to include all frames in the animation, but it still stops right at frame 400.
-There are no keyframes for the water object at all.

Is there something i’m missing? I apologize if the solution is simple but I can’t find anything online that has resolved the issue, let alone something pertaining to my problem.

Hello and welcome to BA !

It’s probably not that issue, but did you check that you have enough free disk space once you reach frame 400 ?
Can you share a .blend so we can look at it ? I don’t do much water simulation but I can look at the file and see if I can find something !

Good luck !

Hi there! Thanks for replying. I played around with my blend until I figured out that for whatever reason I had set a keyframe on a mapping node for the material of my water. I don’t know how it got there but I fixed it! Thanks!

Awesome !
It may be a “I” key pressed over the value without noticing !
Well done, seems like you’ve got great debugging skills !
