I decided to practice UV mapping on this one. Also, if I have ther time, I want to try my hand at giving things a “wet” look. I also want to model the background, as simply using an image for such a major part of the scene feels cheap.
All i can say is try to use a high res texture which will greatly improve the over all look. everything else looks decent though good start.
You were right Fonix, a better texture really did improve things!
The mountains only need a little more tweaking in the modeling, but I’m having a hard time making them look realistic. Any suggestions on how?
