Pure Blender 2.42 internal render, around 3.5 hours from start to finish.
I just felt like doing something simple and silly for a change

Really cool image! (I voted for it). Love the alien.
Only thing that bothers me is the fact that the textures on the girl are so radically different from the texture of the alien.
Other than that, nice.
