Post-Pro, text and compositing in Photoshop… well, duh.

Great render. I bet you didn’t know that such a device actually exists. It’s called a flocker, and it is used to make the hair of a puppet stand up straight when it is setting. A well known example would be the miss piggy puppet.
I’ve also seen it in a movie… funny kinda movie… grr what’s its name.:no:

sorry, can’t make a different background. This is my default background colour now and I just don’t know how to change it back.

I’m sure @ndy will be able to make a decent lightning effect with Blender. But us ‘normal’ people will have to use other programs to get the job done. Okay I guess, as long as it gets the job done.

The best thing about this one (aside from the nice cheap-plastic look of the cheap plastic item), is that I’ve actually seen crappy product boxes that look like this, sometimes with worse art. I mean, you could print on cardboard and put it on a shelf next to say, some cheap network cards, and it would fit right in, and probably outsine them.
