Web Browser for WinCE?

Hi,

I have a friend who is looking for a free web browser to use on his PocketPC (WinCE). He has tried Mozilla’s Minimo, but that takes way many resources to run effectively. I was wondering if anyone else knew of a free, small, web browser for PocketPC (he has an iPaq).

Assuming his machine supports java he should use opera mini

Opera Mini does not run on PocketPC. Opera Mini was designed for cell phones.
Opera Mobile, the browser designed for PocketPC is not free (~$30).

Wondering if there is a free web browser besides Minimo for PocketPC.
