Edit: It doesn’t have to be compatible with Blenderartists.

For actual 3d model embedded turntables you can use:

p3d http://p3d.in/
In the advanced message post you can add p3d tags

That’s cool, but i was looking for one where you upload frames for a turntable rather than a 3d object.
