Blender is a 3d modelling / animation / game making software not a website builder. You can make images that can be used in a website. You can embed a blender game in a website using the burster plugin http://geta3d.com/

If you want to make a website, I recommend using w3schools.com to begin web development, OR you can also use WYSIWYG editors like Adobe DreamWeaver or use a system like Wordpress or Joomla to do the coding for you while you focus on the looks. Good luck with your website
