Whenever I weight paint something, it can never be just ‘a little bit’ affected by the weights. If I set the weight to 0.000, the object will be unaffected. If I set it to anything ABOVE 0.000, its affected as if the weights were set to 1.000 HELP?

Blender always normalizes the weights whether we do or not.
