Weight paint has stopped working, help!

Hi Guys

I’m in the middle of a project animating a hamster.
He’s all rigged up but weight paint has just stopped working. Just wont work what ever I do.

I’ve tried opening the files in several versions of blender and its just not working.

Have i pressed some key by mistake?

Any one had this problem before and fixed it?

Solved!!!

Heres the solution in case it happens to anyone else.

I had hidden parts of the mesh in edit mode, so even though I could see the whole mesh with weight paint on it wouldn’t let me paint it.

Phew, almost had a heart attack.
